Cancellation Policy

Here is the cancellation policy, all clients must abide by:

• No cancellation will be taken over the call or what’s app msg. Please reply to the email with the payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.
• If booking for the following period is /are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund be made for said cancellation :
  (i) Peak season bookings (Dec-Jan).
  (ii) Festival period (X-mas, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair and New year celebration etc).
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives a refund from the respective authorities. The company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.
• There is no refund for any service not utilised during the tour.
• There is no refund for any natural disaster like landslides, lightning and flooding etc during the Tour Period.
